Our web server recognizes visitor's navigational information, including non-personally identifiable information. This information helps us better understand the use of our website by visitors, including areas of the web site most visited, and technical efficiencies of the web site, allowing us to improve the website as well as the visitor's experience.
Contact and payment information is collected for the purpose of placing an order via the server's secure third party merchant banking portal. Every precaution is taken to protect your information. We do not sell or rent email addresses, or make them available to other organizations, for marketing purposes.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you not be satisfied with purchased goods for any reason, email me via the Contact Page on this site and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
Full refunds of class enrollment fees for workshops you could not attend are allowed as long as you give notice by phone or email at least four days prior to a multi-day class or two days prior to a one-day class. Should you miss a webinar session for which you paid, we will reschedule your participation in a future session and/or provide a link to a video of that or an equivalent session.
